Come as you are; aloha attire is perfect. Doors open from 8:30 AM with coffee in the lobby, keiki check-in is simple and secure, and parking at Waipio Uka is free. Worship blends contemporary songs with the hymns our grandparents loved.

Our story
The ocean surrounds every island. Grace surrounds every life.
Our name is our theology. The same sea that wraps around Oʻahu touches every shore in the islands — and we believe God’s grace surrounds and connects us just as completely. Hawaii Ocean Church began in 2017 as a handful of families gathering in a Waipio Uka office suite, and we have stayed small enough to know your name.
Today our ʻohana gathers from Waipahu, Mililani, Pearl City and across the Leeward side — one church, anchored in Christ.

Ocean Baptism Sundays
New life begins at the water’s edge
Four times a year we carry church to the shoreline. Quarterly Ocean Baptism Sundays gather the whole ʻohana on the sand to celebrate as friends and neighbors go under the waves and rise to new life in Jesus.

Church here tastes like the First-Friday ʻOhana Dinner, sounds like Tide Groups laughing in living rooms, and looks like beach cleanups on a Saturday morning. Fellowship is not an event on our calendar — it is the water we swim in.

Giving keeps the tide moving outward
Every gift helps keep the lights on at Waipio Uka, the pantry shelves in Waipahu stocked, and the keiki rooms full of crayons. We give gladly, openly and under the care of our board.
