At Hawaii Ocean Church, giving is worship — a quiet, glad response to a God whose grace surrounds us like the sea. There is no pressure here, and there never will be. We simply invite you, as you are able and as you feel led, to join the generosity that carries our ministry across Waipahu and beyond.

Some in our ʻohana give weekly, some monthly, some once in a season. Every gift, of any size, is received with gratitude and handled with care. If giving is new to you, or if money is tight right now, please hear this clearly: you are fully welcome at Hawaii Ocean Church whether you ever give or not.

Generosity you can see on a Sunday

Your giving keeps the lights on at Waipio Uka, yes — but mostly it becomes people. It becomes craft paint on a keiki’s hands, a plate passed down a long table, a box of groceries for a neighbor, a team on a plane to serve.

An offering box sits at the back of the sanctuary every Sunday. Drop in a gift as you come or go — we never pass a plate, and no one is watching. Cash or check, in an envelope or not, exactly as you wish.

By mail

We are still setting up secure online giving and would rather wait than rush it. Until it is ready, in-person and mailed gifts are the way to give — we will announce online giving here and on Sundays the moment it launches.

Counted carefully, spent prayerfully

Generosity deserves trust, so we keep our books in the light. Giving at Hawaii Ocean Church is overseen by our board, with Elder Peter S. Ganiron — Administration & Finance serving as board treasurer. Gifts are counted by more than one set of hands, recorded promptly and reported to the board.

Our finances undergo an annual financial review, and our leadership holds a simple conviction: every dollar entrusted to this church is stewarded toward the mission — worship, keiki, ʻohana and our neighbors across Central and Leeward Oʻahu.
